Ltd would like to inform owners of (Lexus IS) of a Special Service Campaign on their vehicles to replace the Front Passenger Airbag Inflator, Due to Improperly manufactured propellant wafers could cause the inflator to deploy abnormally in a crash, increasing the risk of injury to the occupant.
