Lexus Prime Program Terms and Conditions

  • This program offers prepaid service packages for Lexus vehicles, as follows:
    • Prime Neo for new vehicle:
      These packages are designed for new LEXUS vehicles 2024 Year-Model and above, which are imported through the authorized LEXUS distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Abdul Latif Jameel Motors).
    • Prime Flex for Used vehicles:
      These packages are designed for LEXUS vehicles 2023 Year-Model and above.
    • Diesel vehicles and LX FF SPORT & RC sports vehicles are excluded from the program.
  • This program is valid for vehicles serviced at Abdul Latif Jameel Retail Co. Service Centers only.
  • The program is valid for cash payment customers only (can be paid by Debit Card, Visa or MasterCard)
  • Program Packages:
    • Prime Neo Packages, as follows:
      • Basic Package: (10,000 Km, 20,000 Km, 30,000 Km, 40,000 Km & 50,000 Km) or 2 Years, whichever comes first.
      • Premium Package: (10,000 Km, 20,000 Km, 30,000 Km, 40,000 Km, 50,000 Km, 60,000 Km & 70,000 Km) or 3 Years, whichever comes first.
      • Elite Package: (10,000 Km, 20,000 Km, 30,000 Km, 40,000 Km, 50,000 Km, 60,000 Km, 70,000 Km, 80,000 Km, 90,000 Km & 100,000 Km) or 4 Years, whichever comes first.
    • Prime Flix Packages, as follows:
      • 20,000 KM to 50,000 KM Package (20,000 Km, 30,000 Km, 40,000 Km & 50,000 Km) or 2 Years, whichever comes first.
      • 60,000 KM to 90,000 KM Package (60,000 Km, 70,000 Km, 80,000 Km & 90,000 Km) or 2 Years, whichever comes first.
      • 100,000 KM to 130,000 KM Package (100,000 Km, 110,000 Km, 120,000 Km & 130,000 Km) or 2 Years, whichever comes first.
      • 140,000 KM to 170,000 KM Package (140,000 Km, 150,000 Km, 160,000 Km & 170,000 Km) or 2 Years, whichever comes first.
      • 180,000 KM to 210,000 KM Package (180,000 Km, 190,000 Km, 200,000 Km & 210,000 Km) or 2 Years, whichever comes first.
  • The prices of the packages vary according to the category and model of the vehicle. For packages prices details, please refer to below price list.
  • The company has the right to modify or cease the program at any time without prior notice.
  • The Pre-Paid Package is linked only to the vehicle defined in the invoice of package and shall not apply to any other vehicle whether or not it belongs to the same owner.
  • The periodic maintenance specified in the package includes (Labor costs, spare parts, oil & fluids) according to all works set out in the Owner’s Manual.
  • The package validity is determined by its type, based on the Vehicle has crossed the KM range to the last periodic maintenance included or expiration of its duration, whichever comes first.
  • The periodic maintenance specified in the package will be performed at Abdul Latif Jameel Retail service centers.
  • Nearest periodic maintenance service shall be carried out if the customer misses any regular service, provided that it does not exceed 5000 km from each periodic maintenance mileage in odometer.
  • This Program packages includes the following:
    • Performing all works set out in the Owner’s Manual pertaining to periodic maintenance during the package period.
    • Getting the special discount of 15% on Labor for all additional mechanical repairs, which are not covered under the package, during the validity period of the package.
    • Replacement of all spare parts required for the routine periodic maintenance as specified in the Owner’s Manual.
    • All periodic maintenance services in the package include change oil and filter, except the 1000 KM.
    • Fully Synthetic oil 5W30 will be used for engine oil during periodic maintenance.
  • This program does not include the following:
    • Repair of any defect resulting from repairs at centers other than the company’s centers.
    • General repairs. Should the vehicle need for general repairs, The company must obtain the customer prior approval and customer commitment to pay for it.
    • Repairs and adjustments required as a result of misuse (such as racing, overloading, negligence, modification, alteration, tampering, disconnections, improper adjustments and repairs, accidents and use of non-genuine parts or material)
    • Repairs and adjustments required as a result of improper maintenance, lack of required maintenance or the use of fluids other than the fluids specified in the Owner’s Manual.
    • Any works not mentioned clearly in the Owner’s Manual for the required maintenance.
  • Termination of Lexus Prime Package:
    • The company has the right to immediately terminate the package without warning or compensation if it in its own discretion establishes that any manipulation by the guest in the mileage of the vehicle subject of the package.
    • If the circumstances change, for any reason, such as change of currency rates or prices of oil, lubricants or spare parts or issuance of administrative orders by the State, or any other reasons which are beyond the control of the parties (Company & Customer) that affect the content of the program, the company has the right to terminate the program. In such cases, the company will refund the remaining value of unused periodic maintenance based on the remaining period of the program and according to the purchase price.
  • The cases in which the customer can request to cancel the package:
    • The company accepts to buyback the vehicle connected with package according to its applicable Buyback Policy.
    • In case of vehicle total loss.
    In above mentioned cases, the guest shall be entitled to claim the remaining value of this package after deducting the value of the used Periodic Maintenance.
  • Package Transfer:
    This package is not revoked in case of transferring the vehicle to another owner, as long as the package validity period or distance traveled is valid, as the package is linked to the vehicle and not to the owner. The owner commits to submit the package invoice or a copy of it to the new owner, who will be bound by all the terms and conditions that applied to the previous owner.
  • No payment or discount will be accepted for any spare parts or oils supplied by the guest in this program.
  • Periodic maintenance cannot be replaced in this program with any other maintenance services.
  • Additional repair jobs will be charged to the customer based or his request and approval.
  • 5,000 KM interval is not in the scope of this package program (Vehicles operated in severe conditions)
  • The guest is not entitled to a refund of any part of the payment made, or to any additional discount, if the guest fails to perform one of the periodic maintenance services specified in the program packages.
  • Benefiting from this program will automatically cancel all existing discounts, agreements and contracts (e.g. Fleet discounts and Fleet employees’ discounts etc.)
  • This document does not entail any liability, obligation, rights or claims on the company other than what is stated in it and is not interpreted or interpreted contrary to the company's intent
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) is considered as a part of the Terms and Conditions for this campaign.
